About the Journal

Estrabão is an open-access scientific journal with annual periodicity and continuous submission flow, published by Editora Casa de Hiram and edited by the Multidisciplinary Research Group in Sciences and Geotechnologies.

The journal publishes scientific articles and research communications evaluated through a double-blind peer review process, in the field of Geography and related areas, such as Environmental Sciences, Education, and Geosciences, among other interdisciplinary approaches.

Estrabão aims to promote the qualified dissemination of scientific knowledge, fostering interdisciplinary dialogue on the complexity of social relations in urban and rural spaces, territories, landscapes, natural resources, and production systems.

The journal accepts manuscripts written in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, seeking to expand its national and international reach.

Estrabão fully adopts an open access policy, charging no submission or publication fees. All published works are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY 4.0) license.
