Context: Through research focusing on applied geotechnology, it is present in the social context through the use of technological tools. Being the basis for monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, the article discusses the importance of Geographic Information Systems as informative instruments, as in the COVID-19 Pandemic. From this perspective, report the experience of developing the collaborative DashBoard between the Federal University of Uberlândia and the Pró Cidade Futuro Institute, in 2020. Methodology: With a literature review and using the ArcGis Pro experience builder tool, we managed to build bases that bring GISs closer together from the term information science, which ends up simplifying them into techniques, because of the human component present. During and after the COVID-19 pandemic, experiments with data visualization emerged, in the form of DashBoards. With access to smart platforms, the aim has become access to information. Results: Proportional maps, spatial distribution scales, heat maps and others were created, with information for preparing the panel that disseminated the data, and day-to-day events in health institutions. Therefore, the aspect of the article is based on information, clear, from data prepared in favor of a more local society, such as decision-making that results in actions in favor of society.
